<I hope Q is up to this very interesting battle and hope Irwin still has the fire.> Not to worry QUALCOMM has a great history and strategy for leveraging its IPR portfolio in the legal arena with great success.The company has Altman its president whom has been the key patent person when it comes to negotiation.He was personally responsible for seeing 130 licensing agreements one of which is Nokia.He is a bulldog when it comes to protecting and leveraging QCOM's armature of patents.
