Hi Dale,

Where did this article come from ? This is just the beginning. I'm guessing it'll be REALLY bad 12 - 18 months from now.

Also -- "her loan carries a prepayment penalty ..."

Thank God pre-payment penalties are illegal in Maryland. They should be illegal period.

I find it astounding someone of his age is doing. A whole nation hooked on debt that doesn't have any recollection of the great depression and real hard times is now as old as 70. Perhaps that is a signal in and of itself.
