Like I was posting back in 2000 that commodities where where to rush to... I also posted that steel was a national security issue and don't expect the end at that time. Well... home prices are a national security issue too... when they or demand drops too much, watch everyone bend over backwards to prop back up to flat levels.

I stated back then, I expect to see a return to the after depression mortgage rate levels of 2-3% levels up to the 50's. You see, we learned in the depression not to fight commodity price inflation at the price of the economy... let the world suffer with us is the best policy.

And if we did not learn that lesson... we are fools.
