Eventually you need a strong job market to sustain the real estate market. The job market is soft. Flyover job markets based on incoming coastal boomers are a recipe for disaster without local sustainable job growth.

Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah... you know nothing about money, ecomomics, or accounting... I passed the CPA exam back in 1981 and not an accountant.. In Texas... the greatest Republican Pres. came from there... George H. Bush... not the worst... George W.
