Seems like the conservative nature of the people and oil biz there for remembering last time will be an added benefit to the economy this next cycle since TX didn't participate in the stupidity of the last four year.

The rush into land speculation is a prime reason for what happened in AZ, NV and FL which have a ton of land as far as the eye can see to build on as well.

This might be of interest to you Dale on Ft Worth:
