Agree completely. I doubt that the Delaware Chancery Court will substitute its judgment for that of regulators, especially in a case where the regulators--and I think other courts as well--have the matter before them.

The likelihood that the Delaware Chancery Court will not hear the latest case prompted my comment that Nokia was engaging in dirty pool as did the timing of the filing.

I found it heartening that the market did not seem to be affected by this latest shenanigan.
