I think that is incorrect.

Here is the last rate increase cycle:

1999 Meetings
Jun +25 bps
Aug +25 bps
Oct PAUSE
Nov +25 bps
Dec PAUSE

2000 Meetings
Feb +25 bps
Mar +25 bps
May +50 bps
