Greenspan did not go far enough.
He should have been hiking in 96 97 98 and 99

Instead he eased on Y2K fears and other bailouts of other problems

When 2000 rolled around the damage was done.
Then we saw panic rate cuts creating a property bubble.

The aftermath of that bubble will be much harder to deal with.
