There has been no claim by anybody that fighters were in the building You didn't say that "there is no evidence of any fighters in the building", you said "there where no fighters in the building". You assumed facts not in evidence. This was a longstanding, extremely well marked, isolated hilltop The only isolation that is important to the conversation is isolation from Hezbollah, apparently it was not so isolated. Perhaps Israel should be sure they have shot all the camera men No if they targeted the cameraman, than (assuming he was not Hezbollah) it would have been murder or attempted murder.
