'hoarding is the beginning phase of hyperinflation.'

How can we be at the beginning of hyperinflation with long term rates still near 45 year lows and with most junior gold miners crashing and burning? Can the central bankers monetize the long end in sync into perpetuity to keep asset values levitated?

We are still comparable to somewhere in the early 1970's period today IMHO. Hyperinflation and hoarding in 1978-89?

Lots of things just don't add up.
