Listen, you can say I don't know and not be a moron... to tell the truth I don't know but as I remember it is not included...

I lost a wife because I called her ignorant about something and she did not understand I was ignorant about things in her world... oh well... learned that lesson.

The savings rate the Fed uses is accurate.
Savings = production - consumption.

Modern definition

Savings = wages - spending

There is nothing flawed about it at all.
