this conversation is repeating itself like a stuck needle on a phonograph over and over again. What is repeating itself like a stuck needle is the notion that we have to do SOMETHING regardless of whether it's feasible or likely to solve the problem and regardless of the cost. I regularly argue that point with the global warming crowd who don't know how big the problem is or what it will take to fix it or even if it's fixable but go around telling people to recycle and turn down the A/C because we have to do SOMETHING. Let's all get windmills and start a war in Iraq so that we can feel like we are doing SOMETHING. Same old, same old.
