Sure but do it on the homebuilder thread.

Personally I wouldn't touch em if only because if the economy turns sour they're toast. If the economy doesn't turn sour then I'd rather have the leverage of precious metal stocks.

Regarding a negative view on PM investments, I like to hear all opinions good and negative. Just I think it should be done in a tactful way.
