If they do have the ability to his specific targets then they aren't using the ability. A large proportion of their attacks basically hit nothing. They don't seem to be doing much better than taking a map of Northern Israel and throwing a dart at it.

Perhaps your claim that May 26 2006 comes afetr July 12 2006
