Tiger: 100/20+

cuf,

<< The scarey part is that he seems to be getting better... and opening up a bigger gap with the rest of the tour players. >>

It is scary if you consider that the majority of great ones didn't really get into stride until they were about 30.

<< Is 100 in the cards? >>

Health and family permitting, I would have to think it is. The Golden Bear didn't hit 50 till he was 33, in his 251st start compared to Tiger's 50 in 196, and won his 18th major at 46. Tiger should breeze by his 73 tour wins.

What we are missing is a real challenger to consistently push him like Nelson and Snead did Hogan, Palmer and Watson did Nicklaus, Faldo did Norman or vice versa. Maybe Sergio will get it together one of these days, and maybe Phil will have his head back on at Medinah.

BTW: In last nights funnyball, Jeff Garcia looked darned good playing behind the 2nd team O line that let him get sacked twice in his 1st two plays and throwing to 2nd or 3rd tier wideouts and backs, and he richly deserved the player of the game award he won. Glad to have him backing up Donovan. We could have used him last year, but actually we had so many wounded we were better off getting the draft spot we did, and grabbing a package that should have gone several slots higher. Camp was normal without T,O.'s antics. I still can't believe he disrupted the culture here the way he did but he turned it upside down as you predicted he would. I sure don't envy Bledsoe but the Big Tuna deserves him.
