I am buying stocks with enough in the ground that if they get swamped by a tidal wave I will be able to come up for air in the next rally.
Took positions in QEE and WGDF. WGDF soon to be on the TSX. High cost producers with over 6.5 mill ounces of gold with great exploration upside. Little over 457 mill in Market cap between them. The infrastructure at both of these companies is quite valuable. The gold is cheap after discounting value of fixtures and permits. WGDF will pour gold in about 18 months. They may be trickling some off the leach pads now but just a pittance.

I am adding 1 more California and 1 more Nevada play to the mix.

The current pattern in base metals suggest the potential for final high this fall before a correction to the 200 MA (which by the way is inevitable).
