I can't find a thing in there that speaks to what I asked for. Let me repeat it:

It is impossible for anyone to name any innocent who'd been harmed by some alleged unconstitutional action by the Bush administration involving wire-tapping, foreign fund flow monitoring, anything under the Patriot Act, etc.

Mistaken identification of some foreign person occurred based on his name is one thing, but where is the connection to wire-tapping, monitoring fund flows, or the Patriot Act?
