I thought Ben's site was very useful when we were looking for the turn in the housing market. The media is very good at reporting anecdotes - and that was what I was looking for ...

Now I only check Ben's site every once in awhile.

The questions for the housing market now are: how far? how fast? What will be the impact on the economy?

Most of the media stories are useless in answering those questions, and for the most part I can do the analysis myself. I still read some of the stories and post excerpts from some of the more interesting ones - but many of the stories sound the same now.
