The question is moot because their rockets are incapable of being 'aimed' except in the general direction away from where they fire it.

They are making no attempt to avoid civilians, as the Israelis are doing.

Do you have any evidence that Hezbollah is aiming at civilain populations?

I'd say hitting residential neighborhoods in Haifa is pretty strong evidence.

Do you have any evidence they are not?

RE: Hezbollah.

"Do you have any evidence that Hezbollah is aiming at civilain populations?"

Let us try a simple problem in logic. See if you follow this.

Israel locates their military assets away from civilian populations.
Hezbollah rockets never strike Israeli military installations.
Hezbollah rockets always strike civilian targets or in the direction of Israeli targets.
Therefore: According to you logic: Israel is bad.
Logical conclusion: Hezbollah targets civilians.

Lets try another exercise:
Hezzbollah launches rockets from civilian locations knowing that Israel will target the launch sites.
Hezzbollah hides their weapons in civilian sites knowing that explosions may kill "innocent" civilians.
Israel tries to avoid casualties that might be civilain.
Therefore: According to you logic: Israel is bad.
Logical conclusion: Hezbollah hopes to create civilian casualties in Israeli responses to Hezbollah attacks.

Let me know if you are able to understand this.
