Lieberman outspent Lamont something like 3 to 1. Joe had an incredible army of paid GOTV workers.

He had every advantage of incumbency and money. I was hoping for a bigger margin, but I wasn't surprised at the turnout or how close it was.

I doubt Joe will have that kind of money going forward.

Every race will be fight. I suggest everyone pick a race and help out.

"Anybody else think Lieberman did TOO WELL for comfort?" ... Yes. My gut tells me at this point that Joe is going to win in November. That's three months away, though, and party affiliation is eventually going to play a role. All the Democratic heavy hitters are supporting Lamont. Joe may just be left in no-man's land.

I didn't like this new terrorist incident today. For the second time in a little over a year, a serious terrorist incident surfaced from home-grown British. Yet, the chimp gets on his soap box and talks about the war against "Islamic fascists." I swear that's a ramp up in chimp language. I don't think I've ever heard him refer to his bullshit "war on terror" in those terms before.

We have three months for the right-wing Christian jihadists who run our pathetic government to scare the shit out of the American people and make them think people have to continue to let them run this insane asylum. Joe's a charter member of the cabal.
