That is why we have cats and they don't need to go out. If we are up at this time, it is usually us that needs the use of our facilities....lol Keeping litter boxes clean is very necessary in our household as we have three cats and one of them if it is not to her liking, will squat over the drain in the tub in there and go to let me know she is not using the box. It is not a difficult clean up and happy she has not chosen a carpet spot. These cats have such different personalities and it is entertaining to watch them relate to each other in their own territories in our home.
