I think Barberich should pay the difference out of his own pocket. I love this internal investigation thing. Barberich is ceo and chairman, what's to investigate? Can't he just be truthful? :-)

I expect they will correct option prices but will not require anyone to return $ to the company. Maybe some excuse about not able to do it fairly given some people have left the company and throw in some undue hardship for a mistake made by the company. The company made the mistake, not the hardworking employees. Someone high up should be fired. Even someone naive like me don't expect more than 1 to go. Maybe it will be the deputy assistant journal entry clerk. But the least they can do is to reset his bonus number to compensate him for taking one for the greater good.
