No one seems to be thinking of stagflation and protecting the value of your dollar either..

On the contrary - I get several emails a week out of the blue from people on my blog asking how to protect against the falling dollar. I got no such calls a year ago. Then again I am more popular now but on the whole I think US$ bearishness if pretty extreme. Even as the US$ has more or less gone up for about a year.
