It is shameful. I am now an enabler for future bankruptcy filers. Retail home mortgages are getting stale for me and am going to work the commercial side starting in two months. Hope to finish the career there.

How the regulators allowed this to go on all these years amazes me. Phil says gunrunners make him sick - they have no LOVE for the cause or real caring about the issues - they are their for profit like A pherengi and when it dries up - fugg all the burned people - just move on to the next war and run some more guns - I don't understand how a person with a moral respect for his fellow man could do what loantech KNOWS he is doing and the PAIN he KNOWS he is going to cause - some say he has to feed his family - I don't believe loantechs family would starve if he hadn't put so many into so much harms way.
