The Bush and Bin Laden families have been in business together. Plus, polls show that Bush and Bin Laden help each other with their base supporters. That is, one is only as great as one's enemy. In fact, amongst their base supporters, the bigger and more violent the "war" gets between cultures, the more popular each is. The OBL tape before the 2004 election was very suspicious. Bush's people couldn't have planend it any better. SO maybe they did plan it. Wouldn't be the first time the US government has done something like that.
