in the bubble markets which include my area, the building materials= inflation argument is similar to the Chinese yuan float= inflation argument.

The fact is that houses cost so much more than building materials, maybe 20x as much at the high end, that building material inflation hardly matters. At least here.

The price of a good spanking and detention time are quite affordable, and you need both in the worst way possible.

Any comment on the prices of those things I need?
