The point I was trying to make is that Israel, with a damn good show of force, hasn't made much of a dent in disarming Hez. Why would any country send their troops in? Especially if that country would like to see Israel observe some of the previous UN resolutions.

My question was: Doesn't Chapter 7 language, in the future, box those NATO or UN troops into a situation where they would have to assist Israel in fighting Hez?
