The book you are talking about sounds nothing like the "Millionaire Next Door" book I have and have read a couple times. It's good enough to read a couple times.

By the way, much of what you could pick up and read today says "dirt" (i.e., real estate) has been a major source of wealth for centuries--and that's sort of one theme in that particular book you mentioned.

Dirt is where our food supply originates, for one thing. And that's only the beginning. It's sometimes useful to get perspective on that ground beneath our feet. It's about the only real and indestructible thing we own--terrorists with explosives notwithstanding. <<GG>>
