Yes, Bush has broken the law hundreds of times with his illegal domestic eavesdropping, and he did so knowingly. He kept it secret until he was caught, then tried to spin it into some kind of "tool in the war on terror" (though no evidence it was being used for counter-terrorism) and claimed that being "at war" gave him powers to do anything he wanted. That is a clear violation of the law and a challenge to the Constitution. He deserves to be impeached for this alone. Bush and his people have done many other very unethical and illegal things, but I'll leave it at that because that is the one case where he confesses to an impeachable crime. Joe Kennedy was boot-legger 70 years ago. Prestcott Bush was a business partner of the Nazi germans 60 years ago. But the sons and grandsons are not responsible for what their fathers did.
