Defaults for the towers and different from defaults for single family builders. Basically, everyone is sweating it out till completion and when the projects are ready for occupancy. Can WCI apply the same closing experience for closed projects to future projects? If the market conditions do not improve, who are going to come to the closing table? The same herd mentality that took the buyers to the projects in the first place is going to chase them away in droves.
