"Is Bob Brinker being truthful here?
Yes. Isn't that the same question as above?"

How can you say that is honest advertising?

[See this post for refernce and pictures of what we speak of Message 22712328 ]

His advertising says on the very first line: "In Marketimer, Bob Brinker made three important market timing calls over the past 15 years."

The special bulletin and the letter to his clients of managed accounts shows this is not true because he made 4 major market timing calls.

If you read the follow-up guidance in his Marketimer newsletter for the year that followed the bulletin in #2, he clearly stated this was not an "investment" but a market timing call. He went so far as to call what he expected the NASDAQ100 to do a "counter trend rally" in that he felt they would rally but eventually be lower....

"Call it what you want, what newsletter writer or adviser of any kind trumpets his mistakes as loudly as his successes?
Do YOU?
"

As for what I do, that is not relavent to the discussion but if you send me an email request, I'll be happy to send you a free sample of my newsletter that automatically comes with a list of EVERY buy and sell I've ever made, a tally of how much money I lost on closed out positions and a short blurb about what I learned from losing money on a closed out position so the loss was not for nothing. Details here xrl.us I've never told a subcriber to put even 1% into something and not counted it on my official record. To think so many let Brinker advertise his results without the QQQQ advice is mind boggling.
