I don't think terrorists are as active or have as many plots in the works as is being reported. I don't think they are so clever as they are being portrayed. I think it's all smoke and mirrors to justify the aggressive global "fight against terrorism" which coincidentally will justify our own rights and freedoms disappearing like smoke.
