We'll see on August 22. Because if Iran doesn't respond favorably, it's likely going to the UNSC for a vote on imposing sanctions.

And given the BS Ahmadinejad has stirred up in Lebanon, it's likely to find a bit more sympathy from the rest of the UNSC.
