...and that is why its a "suckers game" anybody with a lick of brains would never go for any tender of shares..

Most holders like yourself are over 50-85% in the red already they would never do this.....

A company that does not have money cannot guarantee anything.

The only way to "buyback" the shares is to defer conversion and guarantee a conversion rate as the dividend or fixed compensation.
