Yep, Rovians are staking out a claim to the word fascism. The counter to that is to call Republicans American Fascists.

That way, when the Rovians blame all the world's ills on Islamic Fascists, the RepublicanFascists will get sucked into the muck with them.

At any rate, Americans might actually wake up to the meaning of the word and see it in everything from NSA spying to lying about war.
