Your comments about the Nokia Dragon Lady are on the mark. The poor dear looks as if her face might bleed should she be able to manage even a small smile.

I wonder if she was the brains behind her paramour's pathetic now-you-see-it-now-you-don't performance when he "unveiled" Nokia's very first WCDMA phone?

I've been following Nokia's international IPR filings. In a word, trash. It will no doubt file for a patent on a string and tin cans system claiming it is the world's first spectrum-free mobile communications system.

Did you note the latest legal round? The market quite properly seems to have yawned at it but there was a tiny bit of exposed flesh in the Nokia communique, i.e., the evanescent whiff of an left-handed admission that maybe, just maybe, Q does indeed have rights in GSM. If so, I hope Q makes Nokia pay and pay dearly for its recent slimy tactics.

I think Q is vastly oversold now. A great time to buy more or establish a larger trading position.

If you liked Skype, you'll love Sonus Networks (SONS), another mostly undiscovered company which will someday achieve significant status.
