It's exciting, bombs and buildings exploding, people fleeing, hating one side and loving the other... it's real action, it gets the blood pumping. GREAT TV, the ultimate reality show with real special effects! When I saw what was happening to Lebanon I had the same reaction as I did with the scenes from New Orleans last summer. Last summer, I thought I felt that way because I was watching fellow Americans getting screwed over for being poor. Now I realize its the same way I feel whenever any peoples are screwed by the bullies in charge. It takes a long time for the novelty to wear off, and the body count to wear thin. Seeing babies and women killed ruins the fun... people begin to realize this ain't Arnold on the big screen, this is people like their kids or neighbors getting blown to pieces. Then the war gets less popular, and finally it gets so unpopular that it ends. Unfortunately too late for many who live abbreviated or wrecked lives. Of course there are hold outs that love it start to finish, but those people are sick. And that would be the neocons who don't believe Israel has been aggressive enough: Message 22715106
