I suppose most have a grain of truth. Not that I think truth matters a bit. As long as people believe it is true, and who would be a bigot about something they didn't believe was true?, I can understand it. I bet you can too. We both know that the perception is the reality. Look at it this way- there are a lot of different religions on the planet- they can't all be "true", and all religions (well, maybe not the B'hai) have their bigots, so some of these religious bigots are believing something and being bigoted about something that has not even a grain of truth. But we can understand their bigotry anyway, right?
