No, no, no...we are on the same topic...I was only curious how you got to Patterns of Global Terrorism from the list I presented. That was all.

The reason I asked the question, though, was that I too tried to find any additional lists of similar magnitude that have happened to the US itself, or to it's citizens.... I couldn't find another such list as I first posted.

We are all too jumpy, IMO, and forget that it is difficult to tell inflection or tone of voice on email or blogs.

Terrorism is affecting all of us, whether or not it is directed at the US alone. There is a report out as of last night that the US has warned India to be extra vigilant in at least two major cities in India. There has been terrorism in Spain, UK, Bali, Indonesia, Israel, Iraq, etc etc etc. Because most of us either travel, or have friends and/or family who do, it is more than a small concern.

We used to be able to be able to trust the media more than we can today. Today, because of the blatant non truths, or very slanted info from several sides, including the recent pictures that have been shown to be manipulated, it is difficult to know who is or who is not, telling the story truthfully.

So we are indeed talking about the same things. I always am interested in how someone else arrived at the new info or sideline that adds to my knowledge, or thoughts....
