Why should France or Canada or Venezuela or China get all the oil business with Cuba, or Brazil or the EU get all the agricultural exports?

How would that help us any?

GZ, All of Louisiana south of Baton Rouge has been corrupt as long as I have lived, and those in the north try to hide from evils of the bayous. Don't get me wrong. I have had some good friends from the bayou area, but it is those that become politicians, and get elected, that go craze trying to get every dime through graft, and corruption, that they can.
