And it provides a link to his blog.

Got it. I never scrolled down to the bottom of the page.

A vast majority of the problems occurred at the state & local levels. That has been thoroughly documented. And the fact that the MSM & DNC grossly lied, distorted & misled everyone about Katrina should come as no surprise. And like you, most of them continue to do so. That is a well documented fact.

There is no question that there were mistakes on the local level but the state and local levels were not expected to be first responders. FEMA was. And FEMA did not begin to respond adequately. Mr. Bush even went so far as to admit it. Are you now calling him a liar?

There were mistakes & problems just like there are in any bureaucracy. However, nothing will change the fact that with Katrina, the Federal Gov't met or exceeded most of its major objectives compared to any other disaster relief operation in our nations history. And Katrina was one of, if not the worst (or largest) natural disasters in our history.

That's a farce......its your bias, nothing more. I've been in a disaster. I know how FEMA is supposed to respond. FEMA did not respond in that fashion in the Gulf states. I have friends living down there........I heard their stories. I saw the mess on tv. But you go ahead and believe what you want.
