I know you would be glad to sue but there is no internatonal malpractice law . It was tried before: trying to reduce loss among civilian population and putting in danger IDF solders is a sure way for Israel to loose the war. This was a mistake Israel did at the begging of First Intifada. When Arab boys through stones and the Army Jips And Solders Did not respond That is how we got Suicide bombers, Arafat, Hamas, Hezbollah, Bin-Laden , 9/11. Had they had the guts to stand against Liberal Bullshit (in Israel and America) round up this boys bring them to their families and detonate houses together with their inhabitants trying to inflict maximum damage to neighbors. The history would be different. Arabs would already have their own Country in the west Bank with Intel, Microsoft and Dell subsidiaries and Disney “Thousand and One night” theme park. Now In the west bank and Gaza we have generation of kids grown up on infertile soil of Hateful Demagogy.
