San Diego has a condo glut which rivals Florida.

It amazes me to see the large number of condo projects still under construction in Los Angeles.

'I don't think S. Cal. has anywhere near the condo glut problem Florida has though..'

Florida just seems to be the worst of all by a wide margin since so widespread all over the state even in second and third tier markets. I bet they haven't built high rise $600k condos in downtown Riverside or Bakersfield. Plus FL economy is too tied to housing. New hurricane dynamics that weren't part of the equation two years ago can't help.
