You do know that Neville was a Brit?

And he wasn't being naive. He was buying time, and he knew it. The big fear was use of chemical weapons on civilian centers. The Brits had modeled it and were expecting millions of dead when war broke out. They had stockpiles of quicklime and made plans for piling the bodies on ships and dumping them at sea.


That's not what the right told me. They said Chamberlain was a big cry baby and would go home and sit on his mother's lap.
