I now feel that, for the first time, I really understand the leaders of the 1930s. Their illusion that Hitler could be appeased has always seemed, in historical hindsight, to be such a willful evasion of the facts that I have never grasped how it was possible for those men to deceive themselves.

Absolutely, this is more than the writing on the wall, this is exactly where we are today... right now, at five minutes to midnight, we're in 1936 when Churchill was warning everyone that hitler had to be stopped, but no one listened... instead, everyone thought they could appease hitler... today, we're dealing with something that's far worse, if anything could be far worse than hitler... today, we're dealing with a world wide hatred of Western civilization, these barbaric fascists are indeed nazis and would destroy everything in their path, if they have half the chance... they must be stopped and eliminated...

That the left continues to think that Bush is the enemy is beyond all logic and common sense, and is a testimony to the depths of their denial of what's going on all around them... if this weren't such a serious issue, these leftists have actually become cartoon parodies of themselves, they are so pathetic and predictable...

"pompsander,

whaddya think about this?"

Very interesting read, and very well written. I don't totally agree, however.

Thanks for posting it.
