Evidently Condoleeza negotiated a stipulation in the cease fire resolution that required Lebanon to disband Hezbollah within it's borders. Lebanon agreed to the resolution, but the Hezbos tend to be uncooperative chaps and replied No Way! I doubt the world community will give Israel any credit for agreeing with the ceasefire. Where are the conflict resolution experts when needed?

We've done almost nothing on the Israel-Palestine-Lebanon issue since Bush has been in power. Carter, Clinton and even Reagan and Bush Sr. worked hard over there, but GW has done next to nothing.

Bush started out promising to do something they called "The Roadmap To Peace". But it was all a big hollow promise. They disengaged and ignored the problem for years. Meanwhile Hamas took over Palestine, radicals took over Iran and Somalia and Iraq has turned into the biggest breeding ground of terrorism in the world, while it had virtually no terrorists in it before we invaded.
