Total BS. CLinton was never offered OBL. And certainly never "had Osama". Bush is the only president who "had OBL" at Tora Bora. That's a clear fact. But Bush and his people let OBL go or were else incompetent. Take your pick. Clinton spend hundreds of millions and many-many days trying to kill OBL. He is a sneaky rat and very hard to catch. The only time we had him cornered at Toira Bora, Bush let him get away. You need to stop reading and believing rightwing propaganda. Much of it is total lies and myths.
