France did not steal any money from Iraq. The investigation showed that certain middlemen stole money in the UN program, no nation and not the UN itself. That is all big fat rightwing lie at the UN or France are thieves. The culprits are all the usual Iraqi brokers. Corruption is a way of life over there.

Sure there is corruption in Iraq. And it's worse than ever now. 10-30% of Iraqi oil is now being stolen. But by who? Cheney's people are in charge of it. Where is it all going? Also there is 9 billion dollars missing in Iraq. And Halliburton over-charged the government by hundreds of millions and wasn't fired. In fact my Colonel buddy who commanded in Fallujah told me Halliburton operates without any oversight whatsoever. They know no laws, no rules, bno ethics and feel they are above the law, just like Cheney himself.
