He says thing some other people don't want to here. Since this is a real estate crash board and not the 'Become a millionaire in a month flipping preconstruction condos' board his comments should not be offensive to anyone reading this stuff. I for one look always forward to reading all sides of the various debates. EJ sure brings a lot to the table with his various experiences over the years.
