Whoopee doo-doo?

In March 2003, the US announced the list of 30 countries in the "Coalition of the Willing."

Actually, that is what was PUBLICLY ANNOUNCED, not the actual number.

The original list in March 2003 included 49 members, [2] but since then at least one country (Costa Rica) has asked to be taken off the list.

And I can personally confirm that there were more than 30 countries involved because, for the purpose of releasing information to coalition partners, we had a list of all the involved. I seem to recall there were actually 51 potential recipients of information we collected.
